Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yieldy.io and any sub-domains (the "Site"), operated by Bloxico Software Solutions, registered at Veljka Dugoševića 54, 11050 Belgrade-Zvezdara, Serbia, company number 21404454 ("Yieldy", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing and informational website for the Yieldy product, which is currently under development. The Site does not provide any financial product or service. When the Yieldy product launches, separate terms will apply to its use.

If you submit your email to join the waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter, you confirm the address is yours and you consent to receive product updates and announcements at it. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email or by writing to [email protected]. Joining the waitlist does not give you any right to access the Yieldy product when it launches.

When you join the waitlist, we assign you a unique referral code so you can invite others. If you arrived at the Site through someone else's referral link, we record which existing waitlist member referred you. Referrers receive an aggregate count of new confirmed referrals only. We do not share your email address, name, or any identifying information with the person who referred you. If you do not want to be attributed to a referrer, sign up directly at yieldy.io without using a referral link.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, attempt to access our systems without authorization, interfere with the Site's operation, send spam or harvest data through it, impersonate others, reverse-engineer it (except where the law allows), or scrape it without our written consent.

The Site and its content are owned by Yieldy or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without our consent, except for normal sharing like linking or short quotes with attribution. "Yieldy" and our logo are trademarks of Yieldy.

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to buy or sell anything, or a guarantee of any future yield or return. Yield figures shown reflect data from third-party protocols and do not represent what you would earn through Yieldy. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

The Site describes a product under development. Statements about features, timelines, partners, audits, or fees reflect our current expectations and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a promise to build, launch, or operate any feature.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yieldy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one thousand euros (EUR 1,000). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You will indemnify Yieldy and its affiliates, employees, and agents against any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Site any time. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia, except where consumer protection law lets you bring proceedings in your country of residence. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Yieldy regarding the Site.
